Engine Bay Detailing
Careful degreasing and dressing with electronics protected, not blasted.
Engine bays are cleaned by hand with covered electronics, controlled water, and a degreaser matched to the buildup. High-pressure water into a modern bay is how connectors and sensors fail, so we do not do it.
After cleaning, plastics and hoses get a water-based dressing with a satin finish. Glossy silicone dressings look good for a week and then attract every bit of dust and road film in the bay.
A clean bay also makes leaks visible. If we find one, you get a photo and a heads-up.

Yes, done this way. The risk comes from pressure washers and flooding, both of which we avoid.
